This Privacy Notice explains how your personal data is handled when you use the guest application of the hotel. The data controller for your data in the app is QRush.delivery (Sole Proprietor Andrey A. Kulachenko, Russian Federation). The Hotel, the hotel, receives the data it needs to fulfil your orders and handles it as an independent controller for providing your stay.

1. Who is responsible

Controller: QRush.delivery, privacy@qrush.delivery.
The Hotel: the hotel, its registered address, the hotel front desk.

2. What data we process

Depending on how you use the app, we may process:

• Your name and, if you register, your email address and account password (stored in hashed form);
• A profile photo you choose to upload, so hotel staff can recognise you when delivering services;
• Your room number and last name, used to link you to your stay;
• Stay dates (check-in / check-out), where the Hotel stores them;
• Orders and requests you submit (food, beverages, shop items, services, tours) and the delivery point within the hotel;
• Technical data such as device information and log data, used to operate and secure the app.

3. Why we process it and legal basis

We process this data to identify you during your stay, to receive and fulfil your requests and orders, to provide support, and to keep the service secure. The legal bases are the performance of our service to you, our legitimate interest in operating and securing the app, and, where required, your consent (for example, for the profile photo).

4. Who has access

Your data is accessible to authorised Hotel staff to fulfil your orders, and to QRush.delivery and its subprocessors for hosting and infrastructure. Your personal data is not sold.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your data for: the period necessary for your stay and any legal requirements, or longer where required by law.

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of or objection to processing, and data portability. Please send such requests to privacy@qrush.delivery. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country.

7. International transfers & security

Your data is stored on a server in the Russian Federation. Push notifications are delivered through Apple and Google, whose servers are in the USA; they receive only the device identifier and the notification text, never your name, phone or email. Technical and organisational measures protect your data, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
